Doug Sproul

Since 1995, Mosaic’s principal owner, Doug Sproul, has played a key role in the design, construction and renovation of more than 100 developments across the country. With experience in more than 40 states, he brings a deep understanding of the regional design considerations and jurisdictional requirements unique to each area.

Doug’s job includes developing and managing the company’s financial plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, leading and inspiring the executive team and other employees, and overseeing the operational aspects of the business.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Kelly is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through the design and development of exceptional housing communities. His work focuses on creating environments that support independence, promote well-being and foster a true sense of belonging. These communities are thoughtfully designed to encourage vibrant, engaging lifestyles while ensuring residents’ safety, comfort and dignity remain top priorities.

From early-stage planning and feasibility studies to budgeting, scheduling and project coordination, Kelly offers expert guidance throughout every phase of the construction process. Committed to excellence, he oversees all aspects of each project – from concept to completion – to ensure outstanding quality and lasting impact.

Jon Allender

As a senior-level construction manager, Jon serves as the owner’s representative on large-scale senior care facility projects, reporting directly to the business owner and actively contributing to the leadership committee. His responsibilities include overseeing architects, coordinating with government agencies and managing on-site general contractor teams.

John is also deeply involved in cost modeling, pay application processing, mentoring sales staff, overseeing FFE deliveries, managing schedules, navigating licensing requirements and leading quality control efforts.

From initial concept to final closeout, Jon plays a key role in developing and maintaining business opportunities, ensuring each senior housing project aligns with the owner’s vision while staying on budget and on schedule.

Jeremy Schoenfelder

Jeremy joined the Mosaic team in November of 2020. As VP of Construction and Development, Jeremy is engaged in site selection, feasibility and financial analysis, due diligence, financial structuring, and coordinating efforts for the design, development and construction teams in order to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Over his career, he has served in various real estate development and financing roles that have provided him significant experience in both vertical and horizontal development as well as traditional and alternative financing mechanisms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northern Arizona University.

In his free time, Jeremy can be found in the heat (or cold) of the pool officiating swim meets for his twin girls or on the basketball court ignoring his age.
